I’m a multi-passionate Mum and Leader with a deep passion to spread joy, embrace whimsy, and create space for Leaders to get curious.
I know first hand the difficulties of finding your voice, balancing family, career, everyday responsibilities, relationships, health, self and the deep desire for something…… more.
I get you.
With so much of our time, energy and mental capacity dedicated to so much, its easy to set ourselves and our dreams aside, Easy to postpone and lose sight of goals. Easy to begin to live a life of surviving one day to the next. Easy to justify why you’re putting yourself last. Easy to downplay our own leadership and influence.
But it’s only easy for so long.
One day you’ll wake up and realise that it doesn’t feel as easy to suppress what your heart craves.
I strongly believe that everyone has influence and everyone is a leader.
You don’t need a title.
And you don’t have to shrink your life to fit the moulds of what your life ‘should’ look like.
This I KNOW because I’ve walked the walk, and I want to see you thrive too.
Some fun facts about me:…..
I live in Horsham VIC with my husband and our 3 beautiful daughters.
I’m a bookworm and book shop-a-holic (2 hobbies that are vastly different I swear)
I am a hobby dabbler and housekeeper of our home of wayward hobbies
I have 8 years of Retail Store Management and People Management under my belt, and over a decade of leadership experience from various volunteer positions.
I became a RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards) Leader for district 9780 in 2022, helping 18-25 year old leaders explore and develop their leadership skills. This is a program I’m deeply passionate about, and I have returned every year since.
I’m a sucker for nolstalgia and anything 90s/early 2000s, especially anything that is shiny and/or glittery

My deepest wish for every client is to help them feel seen, elevated and alive.
My story:
I’m a proud middle child and grew up in regional Victoria, Australia for the majority of my youth.
I was raised in a religion that I chose to leave at the age of 16, moved out of home at 18 and decided to skip UNI and headed straight into full time employment the day after graduating year 12.
I didn’t know what I wanted to do with my life- but I craved something more. To be a part of something much bigger than myself.
In 2015, I attended RYLA as a participant (the same program I am now a leader for) and began making massive changes, a boat load of trial and error and took on a million amazing opportunities in search of something that set my soul on fire.
I founded 2 service based clubs in my then area, left a 3 year relationship with nothing more than a suitcase and $2 in my bank account, moved towns, changed jobs and along the way I found that fire. Turns out, it was in me all along. (Cheesy, I know!)
BUT I gave up pretending to love the things those around me loved, stopped chasing other peoples ideals and learnt to be my own best friend and biggest supporter.
In the following years of adulthood, I navigated the fall out of friendships, disconnecting from family and a considerable medical diagnosis.
I was also blessed with my 3 beautiful daughters, got to marry my best friend, won awards, received promotions, took on dream opportunities, started my own business and learnt how to have fun and put my needs first in amongst all the stress, worry, expectations and self doubt.
Why does this matter for you to know?
Because we are all human and I believe my story is a testament to the fact that it doesn’t matter where you started, you can discover new paths, new dreams to living a life full of pride and joy.
In 2020, as the pandemic hit, I decided that I wanted to support others to see their potential and reach for it. So, the idea of Fleur Elise Coaching was born.
Training with the Beautiful You Coaching Academy in 2020, I graduated as a life coach in October 2021 and Launched Fleur Elise Coaching. Originally founded to support other leaders to powerfully lead with passion and intention.
In 2024, Fleur Elise & Co bloomed form the seeds planted by our initial launch, and since then I have been passionately supporting Leaders to lead powerfully from the ordinary and live their life creatively, freely and full of purpose.
